Walnut dresser with 4 drawers, also panelled in walnut with inlaid maple fillets forming three shaped mirrors in the corners.
The shape of this dresser places it in the Vicenza area, early 18th century.
The chest of drawers underwent restoration to its previous state and the removal of the causes of wear and destruction; it was carefully disinfected and re-polished with shellac, and lastly a coat of wax was applied with a brush and then re-waxed with a cotton cloth.
